Babel Fish AI is an open source Chrome extension that I developed without writing a single line of code myself. Thanks to Roo Code, an autonomous AI agent, I created a high-performance voice transcription and translation solution.
Developing with AI
All code was generated by Roo Code, guided by precise prompts. I tested several models (Gemini, Claude Sonnet) and chose the right tool at the right time for each task.
Multilingual Videos
To present the extension, I created demonstration videos in 15 languages with:
- Heygen for video generation
- OBS Studio for capture
- FFmpeg for audio editing
- DALL-E for the unique avatar
